Shipping policy

♡ PROCESSING TIME ♡ 

Orders are processed on Mondays and Fridays and shipped out on Tuesdays and Saturdays, excluding public holidays. Tracking information is available for orders that opted for tracked shipping. 

♡ DOMESTIC SHIPPING ♡ 

All domestic orders (Singapore) are estimated to arrive to your doorstep between 1-3 days once shipped.

♡ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ♡ 

International orders usually take 7-21 days to arrive depending on the destination.

♡ PRE-ORDERS ♡ 

All pre-orders take 1-2 months to ship from the date the preorder has ended. Please check pre-order listings as I will have usually calculated a more accurate timeline depending on production time on the item!

Please note that franticcreativity is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as well as packages that have been delayed by the logistics companies. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
